Entre os dias 10 e 26 de novembro de 2023, o professor do Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado – PPGD FDV, Cássius Chai, participará de eventos em Shanghai e em Pequim, na China.
Um dos eventos é o 7th International Forum Anti-corruption, which will focus on the topic of “International Cooperation and Denying of Safe Haven to Corruption”, co-organizado pelo Research Center for International Cooperation Regarding Persons Sought for Corruption and Asset Recovery in G20 Member States, do qual o professor Chai é pesquisador associado; e pela East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai.
Em Shanghai, a conferência do professor Chai terá como tema: “Combating Transnational Corruption: Strengthening the BRICS Anti-Corruption Framework Through Innovative Approaches, Technology, and International Cooperation”, e tem coautoria com o Pós-doutorando Francisco da Costa Campos.
Em Pequim, o professor participará de uma conferência na Academia Chinesa de Ciências Sociais, em seu Instituto Internacional Jurídico, participando do International Law Forum (2023): “Global Development Initiatives and International Law: Consistency and Innovation”. Nesse evento, o tema será “GEOPOLITICS, HUMAN RIGHTS, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: Intersectionalities and Critical Observations to the Future of the International Rule of Law”.
